Blake Janover is a Member of the Board of Directors and CCO of Defi Development Corporation (NASDAQ: DFDV) and Founder, Chaiman and CEO of Janover (formerly Nasdaq: JNVR) a b2b SaaS platform connecting the multifamily and commercial real estate industry. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Soulpower Acquisition Corp (NYSE: SOUL) as a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Chair of the Governance Committee. In 2025 alone he has been a principal in more than $500M of equity capital markets transactions. and a Trustee at The Boca Raton Museum of Art. He is a Harvard Business School alumnus (OPM 60) and is an active board member of YPO. Mr. Janover serves as a NATSEC Fellow at the National War College Alumni Association and as a Guest Lecturer and Mentor at Reichman University’s Zell Entrepreneurship Program. He has navigated multiple cycles, been a principal in multiple NYSE/Nasdaq IPOs and M&As. Mr. Janover has been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg and other industry TV shows and publications.
